HCV Occupancy Basics Overview
In this training module we are going to cover some of the topics that apply to participant families in regards to their continued eligibility for the program.
Families are required to cooperate with the program requirements in several different aspects including the following:
- Reexaminations
- Interim Reporting
- Housing Quality Standards
- HQS Inspections
- Terminations and Termination Procedures
We will also be covering the details of appeals and hearings.
Make sure to be familiar with what your PHA’s administrative plan says in reference to each of these specific areas.
