Rental Increases

Your landlord can request a rental increase once per year, after the initial 12 month lease term.  

The request must be made through the housing authority, and must be determined to be a reasonable request to be approved. If the PHA approves a rental increase, you will be notified of the change and given an effective date the increase is to take place.
