Request for Tenancy Approval

Once you have chosen a unit and the landlord has approved you, you will need to submit a Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA) to the PHA. This document is your formal request, to the agency, to receive approval to move into the unit you have chosen. You will learn more about the RTA and corresponding process later on in this course.
